A young man, admired in his message to the critics of President Duterte

The Philippine’s national hero, Dr. Jose Rizal once said that “the youth is the hope of our nation”, true enough, as they will be the future leaders and citizen of this country. At a young age, they have all the right to know what is happening in the country and have all the rights to express their sentiments to the government.

One high school student took to social media to voice out his support for President Rodrigo Duterte and express disappointment on biased mainstream media, Commission on Human Rights, and the “dilawans” or the opposition team led by Liberal Party of the Philippines.

In the video uploaded by netizen Bryan Sioson entitled: “Ang Aking Saloobin sa Paglalakbay ng Ating Mahal na Pangulo tungo sa magandang buhay,” Bryan acknowledged President Duterte’s passion in fulfilling his promise to curb crime, corruption, and illegal drugs in the country.

However, Bryan said that the success of this plans is being hindered by numerous critics including the CHR, biased media, and “dilawans”.

Bryan questions the absence of CHR in other heinous crimes involving civilians who are drug addicts.

Bryan also expressed disappointment the “dilawans” particularly the Aquino administration of who according to him did not fulfil their promise of “tuwid na daan”.

The mainstream media did not also pass the young boy’s sentiment and said that they are only poisoning the minds of the Filipino people by publishing biased reporting.

In the end, Bryan commended those people who chose President Duterte to be the country’s leader.

Meanwhile, netizens applauded Bryan’s sentiment, read some of their comments below:
